How to Boost Your Testosterone Levels

In this week’s episode I provide Tips to Boost Your Testosterone Levels. I have already lost 4 kgs in 5 weeks and fat is coming off. We put in so much of effort in the gym to build muscle and maintain it by proper nutrition. Testosterone Levels are quite vital and following are my tips to boost them.



1   Lift heavy weights.
2   Make sure your rep range is 10.
3   Eat daily products quite often.
4   Get your protein source from animal protein source then that of vegetable based.
     Sleep well at least 8 hours.

L-sit skill Progression and Tutorial on a boat! Yup on a boat, was on a little holiday and took a boat ride looking at the scenic beauty of my hometown Udupi. The best thing about the L-sit exercises are they build your core strength to a great degree and can help develop ripped triceps. You need not hit the gym to do this exercise you can do it anywhere anytime.  Mastering L- sit is not as difficult as it may seem as long as you know How to do l-sit correctly.


You can use your body weight and build great physique and this is one of best exercise for core and triceps strength. Try it on apparel bar or on the floor.

Intermittent Fasting, Benefits and Weight Loss

In this week’s episode I discuss my thoughts on intermittent fasting. How one can use it to build muscle and lean out.  “Experimenting is the key to success” intermittent fasting is not a diet but it’s a pattern of eating. You basically cut short the eating time frame and maintain the same amount of calorie intake as per you goal to shred or bulk. You can eat for 8 hours probably have two or three meals in these 8 hours of feeding and fast for next 16 hours straight.


The beauty of intermittent fasting is in its simplicity. It reduces blood glucose and insulin levels which improves the overall glucose metabolism. It helps build lean muscle mass and helps build strength to a great degree. Lowers blood pressure and oxidative stress, it also allows you to have free mind and brake the pattern of thinking what to think and what to not. It teaches body to adapt to hunger and fasting is fasting how much and how often you eat is left to you and your goals.
