training strategies, we also extensively look into nutrition and metabolism. We
take a closer look at how metabolism works, How Important is Metabolism, what
are the factors affecting it, how to tackle it to get lean and build muscle.
This is the first episode with my good friend Dr. Paul Henning. He has a PhD in Exercise Physiology, is a certified
strength & conditioning specialist and a certified sports nutrition
specialist. He is an author and Natural Muscle magazine.
Metabolism is a vital factor in weight loss, if you know how
to keep your metabolism in check then can have healthy hormone which in turn
results in healthy body. There are various phases of metabolism like anabolism
and catabolism.
