Non Stop Biceps Workout

Non-Stop Biceps Workout done with barbell curls is a great exercise to build bigger biceps.  This exercise done with a training partner reduces the rest period considerably and hence recruiting more muscle fibers since the rest period is relatively less. As we all lifter know barbell curls is the bread and butter for biceps the same way as bench press is to chest and squats is for legs.
