Heavy Duty Training Day 2 of Gaining Muscle mass Bodybuilding

I am back to share my training I did on my day 2 of Heavy Duty Training Gaining Muscle mass Bodybuilding.

 I was so sore from my day 1 workout, I can't believe I would love it so much. It was an amazing workout and Doms set in after 24 hours of my workout. anyways I believe am gonna gain lot of muscle mass by the end of this transformation. The pump I got was incredible and just waiting for my 3rd workout of the transformation. so this the workout I did on 12 Jul 2022. Day 2 Workout 2 muscles Trained Legs Chest Triceps I did overall 23 sets for entire session.
