Muay Thai Bag work

Teeps (Front Kicks):
You need to have good balance when lifting the knee. You need to commit to the kick instead of just tapping the pad. Your recovery back to stance needs to be controlled. Drive your hips through the target a bit more to make the teep feel like a push rather than a kick. Fully extend the supporting leg and push off the ball of the foot. Snap the kicking foot back immediately after impact to avoid being caught. Keep your lead hand more active as a range finder while the rear hand stays glued to your chin. Body Round Kicks: Hip rotation is important To make them more powerful: Pivot the supporting foot a little farther outward. Let your shoulders rotate naturally with the hips. Swing the opposite arm with more relaxation to generate additional torque. Step back into stance immediately after the kick. Switch Kicks: Switch kicks are technically demanding, and you need to have a solid foundation. Make the switch quicker and lighter—almost like a small hop rather than a visible step. Explode immediately after the switch so there's less delay before the kick. Try to disguise the switch by keeping your upper body relaxed and your hands active.
