Mike Mentzer–Inspired Heavy Duty HIT Back and Rear delts Workout
Mike Mentzer’s Heavy Duty philosophy emphasized brief, high-intensity, infrequent training sessions taken to absolute failure, including forced reps, negatives, and rest-pause techniques. Back and rear delts were critical in his routines because he believed in balanced, aesthetic, and functionally powerful physiques.
I am big fan and big follower of high intensity. I have modified the workout based on my needs and my body. It's simple, effective and has given me good results. Here is my routine of what I did.

What are good alternatives to T-Bar rows?
T- Bar rows are excellent exercise to thicken your back muscle, if you don't have access to them then try doing deadlifts and most importantly barbell rows.
another alternative is a single hand barbell row with the smith machine.
Deadlifts don’t engage many back muscles, and the ones that they do such as the erector spinae or usually engaged as synergists or joint stabilizers. They also put excessive pressure on the lumbar vertebrae if form isn’t perfect, and if you’re feeling deadlifts in your back you should probably relearn how to do them. But yeah rows are very good.
here is a video demonstrating it!
Hope this was useful, for more update on training routines and other updated do visit my channel.

Heavy Duty Training Day 1 of Gaining Muscle mass Bodybuilding Transformation Legs and shoulders
Never skip leg day is what everyone says but hardly people follow. It's leg workout and development that separates men from boys. You gotta squat, lunge and do extensions to build those quads but definitely not do endless amount sets and reps but train with lot of intensity.
Do high reps with 2 to 3 sets including warm up. I do leg press, squats and leg extension in one of the leg day and next week I switch it with hamstring exercise instead of leg extension.
Do give it a try and let me know.
