How to Boost Your Testosterone Levels

In this week’s episode I provide Tips to Boost Your Testosterone Levels. I have already lost 4 kgs in 5 weeks and fat is coming off. We put in so much of effort in the gym to build muscle and maintain it by proper nutrition. Testosterone Levels are quite vital and following are my tips to boost them.

1   Lift heavy weights.
2   Make sure your rep range is 10.
3   Eat daily products quite often.
4   Get your protein source from animal protein source then that of vegetable based.
     Sleep well at least 8 hours.
