always appealing and has stood the test of time with its functional
capabilities. Now you may ask how I can get thick and wide back. What are the

Trapezius

Deadlifts 5 sets of 5 Reps
Barbell Rows 5 sets of 5 Reps
Lats pull down alternating close and wide grip 3 Sets Of
8-14 Reps
Pull Ups to Failure
